Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to www.inningsbakery.com (the “Website”). This Website is owned and operated by Viman Hospitality and Entertainment Private Limited.

If there are problems with your order of any variety of Cookies, Khari, Chocolates, Cream Roll, Lavash, Stick etc. we will work to make it right and vow to determine replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis. We have 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at feedback@inningsbakery.com or call us on (+91)-9462983363, 0291-2771532 / 2772532  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to return to your account as some banks take longer than others to process the refund. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of a refund by the Merchant.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Cookies must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must have all its original tags.
  • Product must be in its original packaging.
  • The purchase receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
  • Product sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please Note:

  • We do not provide a return or refund on any orders apart from cookies.
  • All orders will be final and non-refundable once the order is placed, and you receive a confirmation of your order.

Damages

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the damage to us within 24 hours and send photographic evidence of the damage if you wish to claim a refund or replacement. We will not take back any undamaged goods from the Buyer unless agreed by us. Damages after this point are not Innings Bakery’s responsibility.  Where samples of the Goods are shown to the Buyer, the Buyer hereby accepts that they consider such samples to be representative of the Goods. Any description applied to the Goods is only given by way of identification and does not constitute a sale by description.

1. For Cakes: All Innings Bakery cakes are fragile and require care and attention when handling, storing, and displaying. Please pay careful attention to our storage and transportation (where relevant) instructions. We accept no liability for cakes that are damaged after they have been delivered to the agreed location.

2. Incorrect Orders: We hope that you are happy with your order purchase. However, upon receiving your order and in case of any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your order, please notify us promptly. Upon further investigation, if any errors in order processing are found, we will initiate the refund.
Note: That the Merchant reserves the right for deciding upon the refund initiation. Please allow us 7 days to arrange for replacements to any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your original order.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products: Certain types of products cannot be returned, like customized sets, special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale product or any festival offer products.

4. Cancellations: In case you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us on the same day of placing the order. However, it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order once it has been prepared. A refund for a successfully cancelled order will be processed after confirmation of cancellation.
Note: There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

5. Payments: User can pay with online payment system (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI and more). All information gathered on our website is securely stored within our controlled database.

6. Security Policy: Your personal information and money are both always secure. Our software is the industry standard and among the finest for safe online transactions currently available. Your whole personal information is encrypted to prevent online eavesdropping, including your name, address, and credit card number.

7. No Monetary Refund Policy: Refunds, if any, will be offered in form of bank transfers only. No monetary refunds will be made under any circumstances.
