The use of the website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our site is unavailable at any time.
2. Occasionally, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or to our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
3. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email to notify you of the fact we have received and accepted your order. Your order will then be dispatched.
4. If you notice an error in the order confirmation, you must notify us before the dispatch notification for the order.
5. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify us before the order is dispatched. A refund will be made in the form of bank transfers and processed after confirmation of cancellation.
6. Your purchase order will only be accepted once payment has been received in full by us; post which terms and conditions will become effective.
7. The price to be paid will be as indicated on our site except in cases of obvious error.
8. Our prices include gst. Our prices do not include delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due before completion of your order.
9. We will send you confirmation upon receipt of payment. The payment for all products must be by any of the methods available on third party payment gateway on the date when your order is placed.
10. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or for any reason does not, authorise payment to us, whether in advance of or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the products ordered.
11. The products will be at your risk from the time we deliver them to you. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due for them, including delivery charges.
12. If upon delivery the order is damaged, different from the one you have ordered (for example of a different colour or the wording is incorrect, or completely crushed), or incomplete when you receive it, please notify us immediately for investigation; if found to be the case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
13. We will not be liable to you in respect of any complaint concerning any aspect of any product which is not raised by you within 24 hours of delivery by us or collection by you or your agent.
14. Any extra information requested by our customer care team, that is required to substantiate a complaint, must be sent within 72 hours from the reporting of the issue.
15. In the case of damaged goods you must retain the damaged products and all packaging for inspection by us.
16. Subject to our report on the claimed damage and to these terms and conditions, we will offer you a gesture of good will, or either part or full credit for the price you paid for the returned products together with the delivery charge, or at our discretion we will provide you with a credit for further products.
17. We will have no liability to you for any indirect loss. Please state clearly your dispatch & delivery details in all communications to us.
18. Since taste is a very personal matter and subjective, we cannot accept refund requests for products returned on the basis that the taste is simply not to your liking.
19. We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible that appear on our site and also to ensure that the colours on screen are as close as possible to the colours of the actual product. However, the colour of the actual product you see on your screen will depend on your monitor, your screen settings, and resolution. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery, and we cannot accept the return of any product because it does not match the colour you were expecting from viewing your screen display.
20. We may change the look or decoration of a cake as per our discretion. The cake may not look exactly the same as displayed on the website.
21. Addition of edible flowers, berries, fruits will depend entirely on availability, and we will not be liable if they are not added to your product as decoration.
22. We will not accept the return of any products which have been purchased from any outlet other than this online site. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
23. All the discounts are decided by innings bakery team, and we do not club discounts and offer together.
24. Change in the address would be accountable only for 24 hrs before the actual delivery and that is free of cost. Any changes done after the expected time would not be held liable and the order would not be cancelled. After the dispatch of gifts from our end the change in address would not be considered.
25. Any changes if required on the order placed by you would stand valid if you let us inform within 24 hrs of the actual delivery. If the changes are made after the stipulated time, it would not be considered. Cancellation charges are up to 5% on all the cancellation of orders.
26. In case of the duplicate order placed by you, we would enquire you for the same. If we contacted, you and the numbers was not reachable or in case of no response the decision of order is layed in our hands.
27. Any fraudulent behaviour observed from the clients end like mentioning of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason. The order stands cancelled, and we withhold the right to block such customers.
28. we may be allied or associated with any business unit, organization, institutions etc. By our choice. We can even deny the service to any individual, organization and institution by our own wish without stating any reason.
29. Innings Bakery may amend its terms & conditions if required from time to time. These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India.

These terms and conditions, together with inningsbakery.com cancellation and refund policy, privacy policy, disclaimer and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these terms and conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and www.inningsbakery.com with respect to your use of and material available on the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and www.inningbakery.com with respect to this site.
