Please read these “Shipping Policy” carefully. These terms apply to you and your purchase of any products from Innings Bakery through its website or over the application or over the phone. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.
We provide third party shipping service for all purchases of Innings Bakery products made directly though our website www.inningsbakery.com shipping is handled by our associated shipping partners. Shipping charges may vary from flat shipping charge per order to per kg shipping charge for deliveries to different pin codes.
1. Terms and Conditions
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishing of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all errors in information on the Innings Bakery website as soon as reasonably possible and if we think that such an error has affected your order, we will try to let you know. You should bear in mind that buying products over the internet provides a different shopping experience from buying in-store. In particular you should be aware that:
- The colours of products as shown on the website will depend on many factors – including your display settings.
- The sizes and shapes of the products may differ in real life from how they appear on your screen. It is your responsibility to check the actual size and colour of each item.
- Pictures and images on the website are for illustration purposes only. For an accurate description of any item and details of what is included with the item, you need to read the corresponding written description.
- All products are subject to availability, and we may not be able to supply your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from sale at any time, and our only liability to you for withdrawing any products will be to refund to you any money paid to us in respect of those products which we are no longer able to supply.
- We will do our best to deliver your products in accordance with the delivery time set out in our final Delivery Advice, but please note that all delivery times given by Innings Bakery (whether on the website, over the phone or by email) are estimates only and delivery time may vary.
2. Cake Shipping Details:
We take pride in our customer service at Innings Bakery which includes not only the quality of our products, but also the reliability of delivery. Every cake we make is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.
In order to ensure our quality of service, we require that any cancellations or adjustments to your order be made at least 24 hours prior to your delivery. Please see Return and Refund Policy to know about refunds on cancellation. In case of last-minute changes in design/shape of cakes, additional charges need to be paid in cash on delivery.
- Cake delivery available within 10-kilometer area of Jodhpur (Rajasthan) city only.
- Delivery will be done only to single address.
- All cake deliveries can only be delivered between the hours of 11am to 9pm.
- Your delivery fee does not include tip for the delivery person. We would suggest you refrain from tipping.
- The recipient may be called to schedule a delivery.
- A recipient signature will be required for all deliveries to confirm the delivery.
- We are not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to customer unavailability, invalid address, delays due to peak season demand, weather, natural disaster, strike and transportation delays.
- Please contact us for multiple address deliveries of bulk orders only. (Charges apply)
- After receiving the cake, immediately refrigerate it.
- The cake should be consumed within 12 hours.
- Every cake or pastry we offer is handcrafted and chef has own way of baking and designing a cake, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of appearance.
3. Delivery Policy
(B) Delivery Time
1. Cake Delivery: The cake deliveries are made within 5-6 hours.
2. Our Products: All our deliveries are made within 4-10 days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) from dispatch date.
Note: Delivery times may exceed in special situations or for pincodes that are out of serviceable areas. Delivery can be tracked in real time by customers by using the tracking details provided by us.
(C)For Residential Deliveries:
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will call the recipient to see if it is acceptable to leave the purchase there. In the event that the recipient is unable to receive their order, the full monetary amount of the order will still be charged to the card used in your order.
(D) For Business/School Deliveries:
The delivery person will wait at the front desk, with security, or with the receptionist for your signature. if the business location is closed at time of delivery, please indicate so on your delivery request and will wait for you to receive your delivery outside your building.
(E) Additional Charges:
You will get the final price at the time of check out. There won’t be any hidden charges like GST and other.
4. Availability
We have the right at any time to modify or stop providing the Innings Bakery Shop Online and to stop selling any or all products through it, either temporarily or permanently and with or without notice. We reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, even if you have already placed your order. We shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of availability of Innings Bakery Shop Online.
5. Eligibility to Order Products
You may only purchase from Innings Bakery Shop Online if you are aged 18 years or over and are a resident of India. You will need an active email address and a telephone number at which you can be easily contacted.
6. Member Account, Password and Security
Registering and using the Innings Bakery website may involve you in setting up an account and giving a password. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and the password and all activities that may occur under your account or password. You agree to immediately notify us in writing of any unauthorized uses of the account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances Innings Bakery will be liable, in any way, for any of your acts or omissions or those of any third party, including damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
7. Placing an Order and Order Acceptance
The Order Acknowledgement email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it. Once a properly completed order is received, authorization of your form of payment is received and we have accepted your order, we will promptly place your order in line for dispatch.
8. Payment Terms:
We offer multiple methods to make payments for your order which is supported by Third party payment gateway, and you can use payment options such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI etc. We and our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to protect your card information at all times.
In case of successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS. In case of payment failure, please retry.
If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order. 9. Replacement Policy
Replacements are handled on case-to-case basis. If the customer places a product replacement request or he/she returns it to us directly, due to quality or damage related issues.
- For Cakes: We will review the complaint within same working days and if required, replacement will be made to the customer within 3-4 hours.
- For Other Product: we will review the complaint within 5 to 7 working days and if required, replacement will be made to the customer within 12 to 15 working days.
10. Refund Policy

11. How to Return Products Once Received
If you wish would return a product you can either:
- For Cake Only: Take that item to an Innings Bakery and please ensure you take your order confirmation with you as proof of purchase.

12. Security
Credit card payments are secured using SSL encryption. This ensures all credit card details you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorized party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.
13. Disclaimers:
1. Colours: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website and also to ensure that the colours on screen are as close as possible to the colours of the actual products. However, the colour of the actual products you see on your screen will depend on your monitor, your screen settings and resolution. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the products on delivery and we cannot accept the return of any products because it does not match the colour you were expecting from viewing your screen display.
2. Taste: All our products are developed by rigorous research and development and continuously tested for the perfect flavor to appeal to our customers. Since taste is usually subjective, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds merely because you do not like the taste of a particular product.
3. Order Details: Our products are made to order, so please allow us 3-5 days to prepare your order, plus the additional shipping time, which will depend on your choice of shipping. Our products are created and shipped with great care, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re unhappy with something you received, please contact us so that we may work with you to resolve the problem to your full satisfaction. **Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery time for any order placed on our site. Orders are shipped as soon as we can. Due to UPS regulations, we cannot offer refunds for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, incorrect, or incomplete purchases.
4. Pick-Up: If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, we are not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left the bakery. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily, drive carefully and slowly.
14. Jurisdiction
The website is controlled and operated in Jodhpur (Rajasthan). Any terms and conditions concerning the usage of this website will be governed by the Jodhpur (Rajasthan) Law and any dispute concerning use of this website will be determined exclusively by Jodhpur (Rajasthan) Courts only.
